The ancient practice of body posturing intended for increasing muscle flexibility and strength, empowering ourselves through breath control, and easing our troubles using quiet reflection and meditation.  Hatha Yoga uses a myriad of different asanas, or physical postures (some still, some flowing), to refresh our physical forms and increase our feelings of well-being.  This is an all-encompassing practice in order for our human experience to be meaningful and relevant.
